Every seven minutes a teenager in the U.S. is injured seriously enough on the job to be taken to a hospital emergency room.

The SoCalCOSH Young Worker Project/Teens Lead @ Work aims to raise awareness around workplace hazards to help reverse this trend, with a primary focus on workplace violence and its effects on young workers who are between 14 and 18 years old.

This is a national collaboration with Boston (MassCOSH), New York (NYCOSH), Philadelphia (PhilaPOSH), Berekeley (LOHP-UC Berkeley), and Los Angeles (SoCalCOSH).
